Appointments
Please make every effort to make an appointment in advance; we can normally provide appointments with little notice. Please call 01225 340000 and ask for one of our Notary Publics.

Identification
It is essential that you bring full identification with you, preferably your passport and, if completing a document on behalf of a company, evidence of your authority to sign such document, for example, a board minute.

Fees
The minimum fee for the notarial service is currently £60 -- the cost of many routine appointments.

If an appointment takes longer than 10 minutes the fee will be calculated at the hourly rate of £200, and facts such as complexity, speed and value will also be taken into account.

We will add expenses and disbursements to the fee.
