Advice to Creditors

When a debtor becomes subject to or may become subject to insolvency proceedings, the range of options for their creditors are substantially restricted.

Our Credit Services and Corporate Recovery teams can assist creditors in understanding the impact of the insolvency procedures, the processes and provide advice including representation at creditors meetings including advice on Voluntary Arrangements and appropriate modifications, the nomination and appointment of Insolvency Practitioners and conduct of enquiries at such meetings.

We regularly advise on creditors’ rights to enforce retention of title claims or similar rights and provide practical advice in seeking to mitigate the impact of the insolvency procedures.
